1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • If there is a delay in processing due to high demand or stock availability, we will notify you via email or phone.

2. SHIPPING RATES & METHODS

  • Domestic Shipping (India):
    We offer standard and express delivery options. Rates are calculated at checkout based on location and order weight.
  • International Shipping:
    Available for select countries. Rates, duties, and taxes are calculated at checkout or informed separately.
  • Free shipping may be offered during promotions or for orders above a specified amount (as advertised on our website).

3. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

  • Within India: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
  • International Orders: 7–21 business days after dispatch (depending on location and customs clearance).

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or customs processing.


4. ORDER TRACKING

5. DELAYED OR FAILED DELIVERY

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs clearance delays

  • If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at care@barelygold.in with photos of the packaging and product.
  • We will investigate and offer a replacement, repair, or refund as per our Returns & Exchange Policy.

7. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES (International Orders)

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applicable in their country.
  • Barely Gold is not liable for delays due to customs inspections.
