This Payment Policy explains the terms and conditions for making purchases through Barely Gold (“we”, “us”, “our”) at https://barelygold.in/.
By placing an order, you agree to comply with the payment terms outlined below.
1. ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS
We accept the following payment options:
Domestic Orders (India):
- Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
 - Debit Cards (all major banks)
 - UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
 - Net Banking
 - Wallet Payments (Paytm Wallet, Amazon Pay, etc.)
 - Cash on Delivery (COD) — available for select pin codes only
 
International Orders:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
 - PayPal
 - International Wire Transfer (for bulk/custom orders)
 
2. CURRENCY
- All prices listed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) by default.
 - For international orders, currency conversion rates and additional fees (if any) are determined by your payment provider.
 
3. PAYMENT SECURITY
- All online transactions are processed through secure, PCI-DSS-compliant payment gateways.
 - We do not store or have access to your complete card or bank details.
 - For fraud prevention, we may request identity verification before processing certain orders.
 
4. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)
- COD is available only for eligible orders within India.
 - A small COD handling fee may apply (if applicable, shown at checkout).
 - Orders placed with COD must be paid in full at the time of delivery.
 - Refusal to accept COD orders may result in suspension of COD eligibility for future purchases.
 
5. PAYMENT CONFIRMATION
- Orders are confirmed only after successful payment authorization (or COD verification).
 - You will receive an order confirmation email with transaction details after payment is completed.
 
6. FAILED OR DECLINED PAYMENTS
- If your payment fails, please retry using an alternative method.
 - Orders will not be processed until full payment is received and verified.
 
7. REFUNDS FOR CANCELLED/RETURNED ORDERS
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
 - For COD returns, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.
