Return & Exchange Policy

At Barely Gold, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewellery. Each piece is carefully inspected before it is shipped. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our Return & Exchange Policy outlines your options.
1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS & EXCHANGES
You may request a return or exchange if:
- The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
 - You contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
 - Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is provided.
 
Non-returnable items include:
- Earrings (due to hygiene reasons)
 - Gift cards and promotional items
 - Customized or engraved jewellery
 - Items purchased on final sale/clearance
 
2. RETURN & EXCHANGE PROCESS
- Email care@barelygold.in within 7 days of delivery with:
 - 
- Order number
 - Reason for return/exchange
 - Photos (if the item is damaged or defective)
 
 - Our team will confirm if your request is eligible.
 - Ship the product back to the address provided by our team.
 - Once received and inspected, we will issue your refund, store credit, or replacement.
 
3. SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNS
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
 - For exchanges, shipping of the replacement item will be free for domestic orders within India (one-time only).
 
4. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
 - Provide clear photos of the product and packaging.
 - We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund at no additional cost.
 
5. REFUNDS
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.
 - Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
 
6. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:
- Check your bank account.
 - Contact your credit card company or bank — processing times may vary.
 - If you have done this and still have not received your refund, email us at care@barelygold.in.
